Schaefferstown, PA – Plain & Fancy Custom Cabinetry has announced a new website and look book in a gold color palette to coincide with the company’s 50th anniversary.
Founded in 1968 as a family owned business by John Achey, Plain & Fancy continues to be run and owned by the Achey family, including George “Butch” Achey, Nick Achey and Jody Stoever. The company manufactures its luxury cabinets in a 250,000-sq.-ft., state-of-the-art facility in Pennsylvania, with each piece of cabinetry finished individually.
Plain & Fancy launched a new version of its website with the help of digital strategic partner Inovat. Notable new sections include “Our Story,” which looks back at the last 50 years, and “How It’s Made,” which highlights the process of creating the custom cabinets. The website also features a variety of new projects, door styles and colors, with the ability for visitors to save their favorites for review later.
“This year is an important milestone for us,” said George “Butch” Achey, president. “It allows us to make sure we are living up to the quality craftsmanship that my father started 50 years ago.”
Plain & Fancy has also enlisted the help of Ben and Erin Napier, stars of HGTV’s “Home Town,” to help celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary at a private event in September.
